Interviewing children (CBBC Newsround):
I interviewed some children for a CBBC newsround special who first described themselves and I drew them based on that. Then I also created sketches from the children's friends' descriptions to compare how different the two sketches were.
A short documentary:
Steve Pendleton hasn't seen himself in 20 years after being blinded in a helicopter crash in Northern Ireland. This film follows the process of Steve describing himself and his 15 year old daughter to me in an attempt to understand how Steve imagines life around him.
